Our client, a leading player in the insurance industry, is seeking dedicated and experienced Private Clients - Complex Household Loss Adjusters to join their team across the UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate property claims proactively and report accordingly, ensuring compliance with client requirements and service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
- Demonstrate technical expertise and contribute positively as part of a team or independently.
- Maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
- Work accurately under pressure, meeting deadlines and service standards.
- Communicate effectively with all relevant parties, prioritizing telephone contact for proactive claims management.
- Promote and uphold Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
- Ensure adherence to contractual/client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Take accountability for the satisfactory resolution of any issues arising.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- High level of knowledge in Property-related claims and principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient in IT with good literacy.
- Demonstrated personal and professional integrity.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
- Minimum Cert CILA / Cert CII, ideally working towards ACILA.
- Ideally, a minimum of 5 years of Loss Adjusting experience.
