Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure engineersadhere to schedules and handle procurement processes for parts.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients, manage out-of-service lifts, and review service sheets.
- Manage office staff, handle insurance reports and contracts, and update trackers.
- Oversee team management, including training, expenses, and call-out scheduling.
- Maintain administrative tasks such as timesheets, website updates, and reporting.
- Raising Purchase Orders for parts ordered
- Lead team meetings, address problematic lifts, and handle 24/7 escalations.
- Manage staff holidays.
- Conduct performance reviews, meetings, and disciplinary proceedings, liaising with HR.
- Ensuring team training is up to date.
