Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure engineersadhere to schedules and handle procurement processes for parts.
• Liaise with suppliers and clients, manage out-of-service lifts, and review service sheets.
• Manage office staff, handle insurance reports and contracts, and update trackers.
• Oversee team management, including training, expenses, and call-out scheduling.
• Maintain administrative tasks such as timesheets, website updates, and reporting.
• Raising Purchase Orders for parts ordered
• Lead team meetings, address problematic lifts, and handle 24/7 escalations.
• Manage staff holidays.
• Conduct performance reviews, meetings, and disciplinary proceedings, liaising with HR.
• Ensuring team training is up to date.
