JOB INFORMATION - Maintenance Engineer - Mobile
- The position is a mobile role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as mechanical & electrical PPM's including HVAC plant, plantroom checks, tap temperature readings/flushing, general lighting, emergency lighting testing/remedials etc.
- Mechanical maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, plants rooms
- This exciting opportunity has come available due to the win of new contracts, you will cover luxury offices and other commercial properties such as a prestigiuous publishing house/distribution centre

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Maintenance Engineer
- The ideal candidate will have experience of working on mechanical/electrical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with a good basic knowledge of HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience and knowledge of PPM's and site compliance
- Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long term opportunity, additional training would also be offered for the right candidate.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously
- We are looking for someone who is honest and reliable with the ability to build good relationships with the customer on site.
