We're looking for dynamic and ambitious MechanicalMaintenance Engineers with a strong technical acumen to join our clients team in the delivery of world-class building maintenance to an Iconic London site.

What Do We Need From You?

We're not looking for someone to traipse through planned maintenance tasks as a box ticking exercise. This site requires an absolute weapon. Someone who can go over mechanical systems with a fine tooth comb; picking up on the slightest irregularity with machine-like accuracy.

The successful candidate will know a Boiler from a Chiller and be able to service both with their eyes closed. Naturally, they would prioritize health and safety too much to attempt such tasks blindfolded.

Alongside a Level 3 Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or HVAC qualification, Our winnerwill also have a working knowledge of commercial building maintenance and the asscociated systems/components. Including but not limited to:

• HVAC Systems (AHUs, FCUs, Fans, Belts, Motors)
• Plumbing Systems (Pumps, Boilers, Chillers)
• BMS Systems
• CAFM Systems
• Electrical Systems (Lighting, Alarms, Generators)
