A large national FM and maintenance company is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias/Mechanical Bias) to be based at a large site in North London. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working Monday to Friday in a Static role.

  • Flexi hours available (early start, early finish etc)

Job role:

  • Emergency light testing
  • Fire alarm testing
  • Fire door inspections
  • Mechanical HVAC maintenance - PPMs & Reactive works
  • Electrical Maintenance - PPMs & Reactive works
  • Plumbing Maintenance - PPMs & Reactive
  • General building fabric maintenance
  • Carry out minor installation works
  • Ensure compliance with corporate H&S regulations
  • Providing regular feedback/communicating with clients and contractors

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical/Plumbing & Heating studies
  • 17th or 18th Edition
  • C&G 2391 (preffered, not essential)
  • Prior building services maintenance experience
