This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AC Maintenance Engineer to join a market leading building services provider within a team of experienced Maintenance Engineers, delivering building maintenance on a fantastic site in South East London.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Air conditioning - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak test
• AHU and FCU maintenance
• Compressor changes
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant HVAC qualification (i.e. City and Guilds)
• Experience working within a client-facing environment.
• Proven trade experience
