We are working with a London law firm who are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrator/Office Assistant to join the team. The primary focus of the role will be on archiving and reception duties.

As our Administrator/Office Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the archiving process: checking, recording, and closing client files for storage.
- Providing coverage for the assistant handling post-processing during absences.
- Covering the main reception desk daily from 5pm to 6pm, handling client inquiries in person and over the phone.
