Job Role - Support Assistant
Our London based Legal client are recruiting for a Support Assistant to join their thriving team, full time Monday - Friday 40 hours per week. There is a salary on offer of £25000 - £30000.
What will you be doing?
You will be providing support to Legal secretaries, by completing various tasks to aid them and ensure a smooth running of the office. This will include administrative tasks, PDF amendments, use of BigHand, Assisting to complete high priority tasks before deadlines and more.
What skills will you have?
You will have excellent IT skills, experience with relevant softwares such as BigHand, knowledge of Microsoft packages, be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail. You will be fast thinking and have wonderful communication skills.
