External Site Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Manager to join our team for a large residential scheme in West London.

You should have a proven track record delivering facades on large RC frame developments. It is a brickwork facade and requires extensive experience overseeing brickwork packages.

As a Facade Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of the building's facade. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the facade is constructed to the highest standards and meets all safety and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the design and construction of the facade
• Ensuring that the facade meets all safety and regulatory requirements
• Managing the budget and schedule for the facade construction
• Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the facade is built to the highest standards
• Developing and implementing maintenance plans to ensure the facade remains in good condition over time.
