Facilities Manager
Facilities Manager, Project Engineer or Mobilization Engineer required in Birmingham and Stratford in East London. There are two positions available, one for each location.
The role
Manage transition from build to handover to FM client.
- Managing the Operations and Maintenance manuals O&M's for handover to client.
- Accepting the O&M's from the builder once satisfied everything is fit for purpose.
- Rejecting, if necessary, with written report highlighting any defects etc.
- Leading client meetings to discuss progress and concerns.
The person
- Highly compliant individual.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Confident communicator.
- Mechanical or Electrical bias
- Able to write accurate reports.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a 12 months + contract working with one of the UK's largest FM Companies and their blue chip client.
