Key Responsibilities for an Operations Manager:

  • Leadership and Management: Direct and oversee all aspects of our printing operations, including staff management, production, and quality control on a daily basis.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our company goals, focusing on optimisation and growth within the FMCG sectors.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold the standards required for BRC accreditation; maintain high-quality production outputs that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Production Oversight: Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and optimal use of materials and manpower.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and control the operational budgets to maximize cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with legal standards and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, company department challenges and integrate the latest in lithographic technology and practices. Answer to owner questions and project undertaking.
  • Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong business relationships.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on operational performance, providing insights and action plans to the owner.

Requirements for an Operations Manager:
