  • Leading & Developing Teams - Managing and mentoring operational teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Process Improvement - Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive best practices.
  • Health & Safety Compliance - Ensuring all operations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Focus - Working closely with clients to maintain service excellence and exceed expectations.
  • Financial & Budgetary Control - Managing costs and ensuring operational profitability.
  • Sustainability & Innovation - Driving initiatives to improve environmental impact and operational sustainability.

Profile

  • Proven operational leadership experience within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of lean methodologies, process improvement, and cost control.
  • A hands-on management approach with the ability to drive engagement and performance.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and industry compliance.
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business goals.
