In this role, you'll lead key areas of operations: B2B customer service, stock holding, B2B and D2C shipments - making sure all orders go out on time and in full.This is a fab opportunity to join a scale-up business with bold plans to become a top 5 player in the UK over the next five years.
In this role:You will…
- Own daily relationships with 3PL partners and key retailers, ensuring service levels, cost-efficiency, and delivery KPIs are met.
- Oversee order processing, inventory systems (Unleashed & Shopify), and B2B customer service queries and escalations.
- Coordinate reworks, co-packing, and limited-edition launches with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive fulfilment and packaging efficiency, monitoring KPIs such as OTIF, returns, and delivery SLAs.
- Collaborate with Finance on stock reconciliations, credit notes, and proof of delivery tracking.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in a fulfilment/customer-facing supply chain role.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Proactive with great multitasking skills and a positive approach to problem solving
- Proficient with Excel; experience using Shopify and Unleashed is a plus!
- Strong communication skills and experience working with B2B and DTC customers
