We have a unique opportunity for a Site Manager working with a fit out contractor in Central London.
The Project is valued circa 5M and is a CAT A & CAT B traditional Fit Out project. You will be responsible for managing the site alongside other site managers and will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
The ideal Site Manager must have:
- Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
- Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry
- Procore Experience
- Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
- Major experience in M+E
- Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
- Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
- Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
- SMSTS, First Aid, PASMA, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
