The Role:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis, delivering monthly reports on risks and opportunities.
• Produce site acquisition reports, recommending plot-by-plot pricing and GDV for new schemes.
• Coordinate pricing activities, ensuring competitiveness and maximising property values.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Managers to influence strategies and support pre-launch activities.
• Contribute to consumer intelligence strategy, providing insights for Sales, Marketing, and product development.
• Collect and analyse residential market data, presenting findings to inform decision-making processes.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects to support business objectives.

The Person:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential market research and analysis.
• Proven track record in a target-driven environment, meeting KPIs.
• Strong ability to analyse large volumes of data and present findings professionally.
• Degree in Economics, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
