Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer (Static - Site based)
Location: Lewisham, South East London
Salary: £42,000 basic salary per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a site based Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading facilities management company in London. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to cover a building in Lewisham, providing maintenance and repair services for HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and repair tasks on air conditioning units.
- Perform minor electrical tasks related to HVAC equipment.
- Covering central and greater London areas to service various client sites.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Complete all work in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or higher in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- F-Gas Category 1 (2079)
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
