Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity? A leading service provider of facilities management, is seeking a talented individual to join a team in the vibrant Bond Street area in London.

About the Role:

Corporate Offices Setting: Work in a professional environment, providing mechanical maintenance and support to corporate offices in the heart of London.

4-Man Team Onsite: Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical systems.

Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with early/late shift options: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Call-Out Rota: Participate in a 1-3 week call-out rota with standby compensation of 拢75.

Generous Annual Leave: Start with 25 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year, up to a maximum of 28 days.

Day to Day Duties:

PPM mechanical maintenance

Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner

Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve

Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.

Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues

Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client

Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency

Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters

Requirements:

Qualified Mechanical Engineer with relevant experience.

Strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
