About the Role:
路Corporate Offices Setting: Work in a professional environment, providing mechanical maintenance and support to corporate offices in the heart of London.
路4-Man Team Onsite: Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical systems.
路Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with early/late shift options: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.
路Call-Out Rota: Participate in a 1-3 week call-out rota with standby compensation of 拢75.
路Generous Annual Leave: Start with 25 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year, up to a maximum of 28 days.

Day to Day Duties:
路PPM mechanical maintenance
路Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
路Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve
路Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.
路Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues
路Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client
路Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency
路Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters
Requirements:
路Qualified Mechanical Engineer with relevant experience.
路Strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
路Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
路Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
