Mechanical Engineer is required for our client who are a successful M&E Contractor based in Surrey. They provide a 360-turnkey solution for design, build and PPM solutions for over 100 shared office properties across London and Home counties.
They are now looking for a Mechanical Engineer, to work across London and Home counties due to a period of growth across The Maintenance division.
The role will cover routine servicing, remedial, repairs work including installation. This is a mobile position which will require daily travel within London and the Home Counties (vehicle & fuel card to be provided).
Mechanical Engineer Position Overview
Responsible for the PPMs, servicing and repair of commercial plant including but not limited to, pumps, valves, commercial heating components, cylinders, Air Conditioning, HVAC and mechanical equipment on a range of Commercial sites.
Mechanical Engineer Position Requirements
- Must have previous experience of Mechanical & Air Conditioning systems
- F-Gas
- NVQ/C&G in mechanical engineering/Air Conditioning
- Live within commutable distance to work around M25
- Full UK driving license is required.
Mechanical Engineer Position Remuneration
- £40-55k depending on experience
- Profit based yearly bonus
- Enhanced pension
- 40 working week including travel time
- 1-5 call out - due to sites call out are during working day. Sites aren't 24 hours
- Overtime available paid 1.5 & 2x
- 20 days holiday - rising to 25 days plus bank
- Company van - VW Caddy with optional personal use
- Tools, mobile phone, PDA, Uniform, PPE Provided
