We're on the lookout for a reliable and experienced HVAC Engineer to join a great team on a well-maintained static site. If you're someone who takes pride in your work, has a solid work history (no job hoppers please), and brings a positive, can-do attitude, then this role is for you.
?? What the job involves:-
Hands-on HVAC plant maintenance on a busy and well-run site

Daily heating and ventilation system checks and servicing

Chiller and motor maintenance - making sure systems run efficiently

Carrying out water treatment, including pH level checks and legionella prevention in line with L8

Heating system maintenance - boilers, pumps, and associated equipment

Keeping the BMS system running smoothly - basic monitoring, fault finding, and adjustments

Sprinkler system inspections and minor repairs

Logging and reporting tasks using the site's system

Someone super reliable, with a great attitude and strong work ethic

A stable job history - we're after someone who's committed, not jumping from role to role

HVAC qualifications - City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in HVAC or Building Services

Solid knowledge of HVAC plant, motors, BMS, water systems and legionella checks

Comfortable with shift work and working both independently and as part of a team

Someone proactive - able to spot issues early and get them sorted before they become problems
