We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to support a senior leader on a temporary basis. This position is based in Canary Wharf, London and will commence on June 10, 2024, and end on December 6, 2024. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of your senior leader's daily activities.

Responsibilities will include:

Taking ownership of delivering objectives and assisting the senior leader in achieving theirs.
Developing a deep understanding of senior leadership responsibilities and priorities to effectively communicate relevant information.
Building strong relationships with senior leaders and their direct reports to provide efficient and effective support.
Managing inboxes and proactively forwarding emails, papers, and messages to team members when necessary.
Assisting direct reports of the senior leader as needed.
Providing comprehensive business support, including organising meetings and events, making travel arrangements, and managing logistical issues.
Supporting the senior leader throughout the day, including managing their schedule and ensuring they have necessary meeting materials.
Filtering calls, correspondence, complaints, and requests, and knowing when to handle them independently or seek guidance.
Collecting and distributing agenda items and papers for meetings, and taking accurate minutes and actions.
Inducting new senior managers, when required, including creating schedules.
Undertaking systems administration tasks such as recording holiday and sickness for direct reports.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working as a PA to senior leadership, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, as well as other Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are also key.
