An esteemed private property business, boasting a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties across London, is on the lookout for an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor.

The Assistant Building surveyor's role

As the Assistant Building Surveyor, you will be a key member of a dynamic team, directly contributing to a wide array of surveying services.

Assisting in comprehensive building surveying duties across a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
Conducting detailed building pathology inspections to assess and report on property conditions.
Managing dilapidations processes for various properties, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Preparing and reviewing licenses for alterations, as well as schedules of conditions.
Being actively involved in refurbishment projects, contributing to both planning and execution phases.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have?

A degree in Building Surveying either BSc or MSc.
Some experience in a building surveying role, preferably with a similar practice.
Ideally part way through APC process or keen to begin.
A proactive approach, with a willingness to take on varied responsibilities and challenges.
Ideally experience with dilapidations.

In return?

35,000 - 45,000.
Full APC training and support.
