As a Children's Community Nurse, you will be: - Providing direct nursing care to children in the community
- Working closely with families to develop personalised care plans
- Partnering with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting
- Managing your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills

The ideal Children's Community Nurse should have:
Competency with IV therapies A Registered Nurse qualification with a paediatric specialty Previous experience in a community nursing role A valid driver's license Package and Benefits:
