Prospero Integrated are currently searching for an AV Service Engineer to join a leading AV company.

The candidate will provide on-site support to our clients in the form of fault finding and issue resolution. Your role will also include finding system upgrade opportunities, preparing a quote and commissioning the upgrade.
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of service tickets assigned to you in, ensuring timely updates with detailed and accurate information
- Attend call outs arriving promptly, in a presentable manner.
- Trouble shooting of client issues and escalation to internal or 3rd party resources as required
- Provide progress update to the client before leaving the property and demonstrate issue resolution where possible
- Participate in weekly ticket and monthly service reviews
- As part of the service team you will be required to provide out of hours service cover as per the on call rota at a minimum of 1 week per month
Skills Required:
- Problem solving and fault-finding skills / knowledge of relevant testing equipment
- Full understanding of end to end service desk process
- Experience of working with:
- Client Representatives
- House Managers
- Household Staff
- Contractor Maintenance Teams
- Excellent working knowledge of the following:
- IT Networking - Routers / Switches / Wi-Fi / Remote Access
- Audio Visual Systems - Audio Distribution / Video Distribution / Home Cinema Satellite & Aerial Installations - Copper & Fibre based Systems
- Security Services - CCTV / Door Entry / Access Control / Intruder Alarms
- IP based Phone Systems - Incoming lines / Hard wired Handsets / DECT Handsets
- Lighting & Shading Control Systems - Lutron / Crestron
- Home Automation Control Systems - Crestron / Control4 / Savan
