This is a busy and diverse role, covering EA duties for the MD, and taking charge of HR generalist responsibilities & Office Management on behalf of the team.Responsibilities
- Diary, expenses, correspondence and travel management on behalf on MD
- Ensure the office runs smoothly and remains a pleasant place to work
- Oversee budgets for office purchasing and facilities
- Manage and maintain HR administration
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ad-hoc administration and support as directed by the SLT
Qualifications
- Extensive, recent experience of provide EA support to senior leaders
- 2+ years' of experience in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ideally a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Close attention to detail
