We have a fantastic new role for an uber organised candidate to join a small branding and design agency looking for an Office Manager and PA to the MD.

They are looking for an Office Manager and PA to support the busy team and look after the MD's diary.?It’s busy and varied with the main focus on organising workloads!? They want someone who is uber organised who can manage their online workflow programme keeping on top of timesheets, making sure everything is logged and working with the MD in making sure the team know what they are doing on a daily basis, setting up jobs on the system, managing timesheets, creating client estimates and invoicing.You'llalso work the with MD making sure he is on top of what he needs to do, managing his time and generally making sure the office is ticking over, dealing with suppliers, booking travel, managing expenses, organising any events and generally helping out where needed! It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who is uber organised with a keen interest in working for a design agency and learning the ropes, developing in project and studio management. You must have previous experience within a creative environment with a confident, meticulous nature to keep on top of the team and ensure things are done when they need to be.
