A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Office Manager to join a boutique investment firm based in North West London. Established for over 50 years with a strong reputation in the market, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting HR administration processes, and contributing to a positive and productive team culture.Working hours Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (with one day per week working from home). Great benefits package and generous holiday allowance on offer.Key Responsibilities:* Office management and HR administration* Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, maintain employee records, and liaise with external HR consultants* Facilitate HR meetings and initiatives to support employee engagement and well-being* Maintain accurate records of holidays and sickness* Coordinate office-related issues including facility repairs and maintenance* Liaise with the IT service provider to report and resolve IT issues* Manage procurement, stock levels, and vendor relationships* Organise staff events and team-building activities* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices* Provide PA support to the Managing DirectorKey Skills: * Strong organisational and multitasking skills* Proven experience in office management and HR administration* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills* Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong general IT skills* A proactive team player with the confidence to contribute ideas and drive improvementThis is an excellent opportunity for an Office Manager to become part of a dynamic business in a lynchpin role.
