- At least 4 years’ experience within social media & community management
- Experience creating engaging and inclusive content for social media platforms
- Good working knowledge of all social media channels – Mainly LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
- A creative storyteller who can generate fresh ideas
- Knowledge of Social Media scheduling software like Social Sprout or Hubspot

This is a role that will encompass all things social from content creation to influencer & community management.What you’ll be doingAs the Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll report into the Head of Content and play a key part in amplifying the company’s impact and mission. You will craft engaging social media strategies and content whilst fostering a vibrant and supporting community of users, clients and influencers.You will design, create and manage all social content whilst crafting a unique and authentic tone of voice reflecting the company’s values.
