We’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Community Manager to join a specialist health tech-for-good organisation as they look to grow out their marketing team. This is a role that will encompass all things social from content creation to influencer & community management.What you’ll be doingAs the Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll report into the Head of Content and play a key part in amplifying the company’s impact and mission. You will craft engaging social media strategies and content whilst fostering a vibrant and supporting community of users, clients and influencers.You will design, create and manage all social content whilst crafting a unique and authentic tone of voice reflecting the company’s values. Working with the Head of Content, you will create an engaging social content calendar that grows the following and user engagement, making sure you are posting consistently.Community engagement is the other half of this role, where you will foster, engage and sustain a community of users and actively engage with that audience by responding to comments promptly and thoughtfully. You’ll work with other internal teams to curate user-generate content as well as high-value case studies and drive engagement through wider campaigns.You’ll also work with influencers to ensure that you are maximising every opportunity through content. What experience you’ll need
  • At least 4 years’ experience within social media & community management
  • Experience creating engaging and inclusive content for social media platforms
  • Good working knowledge of all social media channels – Mainly LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
  • A creative storyteller who can generate fresh ideas
  • Knowledge of Social Media scheduling software like Social Sprout or Hubspot
  • Strong community management skills – able to build and nurture communities
  • To be highly organised, self-motivated and a real team player
  • Data driven with a good understanding of social analytics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone with confidence – this role is client facing                                            
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • An understanding or lived experience of Neurodiversity would be advantageous
