Where you come in:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Social Media Manager to lead client relationships, drive strategy, and contribute to the success of our diverse portfolio of projects.

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions. Your strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in account management will be essential in driving client satisfaction and achieving business goals.

You will look after the end-to-end delivery of purposeful digital solutions, while maintaining strong partnerships with our high-profile and varied clients.You’ll be working in a multi-disciplinary team of talented individuals who are equally passionate and collaborative. You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients and internal teams.

About you:

+ Strong Social Media Management ability (Mainly organic but some paid social)+ Understanding of healthcare - ideally pharma or aesthetics+ Research focused, understands compliance and regulation+ Understands video or excited by it!+ 5+ years of experience preferably in a digital agency+ Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and quality+ Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills+ Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies+ Passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to make a positive impact+ Experience with CRM software is a plus
