Reed Marketing and Creative are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a proven track record in enhancing brand presence and engagement through social media channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media dynamics, content creation, and a results-driven mindset focused on ROI.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Develop and manage the social media strategy to maximise customer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Utilise social media to grow brand/company enquiries and sales, demonstrating successful past experiences.
  • Create visuals, write copy, plan, and schedule social media content across various platforms.
  • Identify new platforms and channels suitable for brand expansion and engagement.
  • Build monthly content plans and review content performance, reporting on insights and metrics.
  • Act as the Social Media ‘guru’ for the organisation, providing guidance and support to the wider Marketing team.
  • Oversee and support the Marketing Executive as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and a focus on ROI.
  • Experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Strong creative writing, copywriting skills, and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
