Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers
- Plan and supervise engaging activities for the children
- Follow any and all necessary safeguarding procedures
- Work alongside the EYFS as well as the nurseries own ethos
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for the children in your care as well as other members of staff
- Assist during mealtimes
Requirements as a Early Years Practitioner:
- Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years Education
- Experience in a childcare setting
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework
- The right to work in the UK
