This part-time, office-based role is perfect for individuals with payroll experience and proficiency in Microsoft Access. Day-to-day of the role:- Manage the school's payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records.
- Support the finance team with data entry and maintenance of financial systems, primarily using Microsoft Access.
- Respond to payroll and accounts queries from staff and external partners.
- Prepare financial reports and documentation as required.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations within the school.
- Proven experience in payroll administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Access and familiarity with other financial software.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting are advantageous but not essential.
