- Enhance and sustain comprehension of payroll regulations to ensure procedural compliance.
- Supervise and preserve employee benefits schemes.
- Generate reports for senior management as necessary.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a payroll role.
- Proficiency in ADP iHCM and Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with payroll legislation.
- Exceptional numerical and spreadsheet abilities.
- Competency in handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Preferably possess the CIPP qualification or equivalent certification.
