Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Administrator Location: London - HybridSalary: £35-42,000 plus bonusContract: Permanent  We're seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join an Internationally recognised client located in Canary Wharf, London.If successful, you will run the organization's payroll, ensuring prompt processing of payments. Maintaining current awareness of payroll legislation and partnering with HR to administer benefits.  What you'll do:
  • Compute and input payroll data with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Guarantee punctual and precise payments to employees, adhering to payroll deadlines.
  • Offer guidance to staff regarding any payroll inquiries they may have.
  • Uphold accurate records of all payroll transactions.
  • Enhance and sustain comprehension of payroll regulations to ensure procedural compliance.
  • Supervise and preserve employee benefits schemes.
  • Generate reports for senior management as necessary.
What you'll bring:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a payroll role.
  • Proficiency in ADP iHCM and Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Familiarity with payroll legislation.
  • Exceptional numerical and spreadsheet abilities.
  • Competency in handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Preferably possess the CIPP qualification or equivalent certification.
