They are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their team for an immediate start, with the potential for the role to become long-term. The ideal candidate will have experience in both payroll and benefits administration!

Our client is well established within their market and offers a newly refurbished office located in the heart of the City of London, providing excellent transport links and a comfortable working environment.

Description

As Payroll & Benefits Specialist, your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Lead payroll processing for both US and Canadian entities
  • Accurately process payroll for up to 100 employees
  • Contribute to upcoming internal projects and initiatives
  • Administer employee benefits, including pensions, private health care, life assurance, and season ticket loans
  • Liaise with benefits providers to manage enrolments, changes, and terminations
  • Oversee annual renewals and open enrolment periods
  • Support benefits reporting, bench marking, and cost analysis
  • Advise employees on available benefits and the claims process
  • Maintain and update HR and payroll systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate with HR teams on on-boarding, off-boarding, and contractual updates
  • Assist with audits by providing relevant documentation for internal and external reviews
  • Recommend and implement process and system improvements for greater efficiency

Profile

Will be immediately available to start this position

Will have worked within processing Payroll for 4+ years

Experience of using ADP Celegro is admirable

Job Offer
