A leading financial services business are currently recruiting a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their payroll team.
This role will support the current Payroll Manager and be part of the HR function.
As the Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the UK payroll
- Coordinating the international payrolls across 10+ countries using in country partners
- Resolving payroll queries
- Submitting all payroll data to 3rd parties in a timely and accurate fashion
- Supporting with benefits- including advising all new starters and administering all leaver information
- Dealing with any benefit related queries
- Working with benefit brokers and advising of any updates or changes
- Supporting the Payroll Manager with ongoing payroll related projects
This role will be a busy and varied role and will require candidates to hit the ground running!
