About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to join the payroll department at a prestigious hotel within Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for accuracy and a strong understanding of payroll systems, particularly Oracle and Fourth.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll for a multi-site hospitality workforce on a monthly basis
- Maintain and update employee records in Fourth and Oracle HCM
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and internal audit requirements
- Manage statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP, and pensions
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow
- Respond to employee payroll queries with professionalism and discretion
- Support year-end processes including P60s, P11Ds, and PAYE reconciliations
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll administration, ideally within the hospitality or service sector
- Proficiency in Oracle and Fourth payroll systems is essential
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
