About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to join the payroll department at a prestigious hotel within Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for accuracy and a strong understanding of payroll systems, particularly Oracle and Fourth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll for a multi-site hospitality workforce on a monthly basis
  • Maintain and update employee records in Fourth and Oracle HCM
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and internal audit requirements
  • Manage statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP, and pensions
  • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow
  • Respond to employee payroll queries with professionalism and discretion
  • Support year-end processes including P60s, P11Ds, and PAYE reconciliations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, ideally within the hospitality or service sector
  • Proficiency in Oracle and Fourth payroll systems is essential
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
