Our client is one of the world's leading international law firms that specialises in providing coordinated legal advice and transactional capability to clients around the globe.

The role

In your new role, you will be supporting the Payroll Specialist in ensuring processes run smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new starters, leavers and salary deductions.
  • Calculating salary increases, back-pay, holiday, sick and maternity pay.
  • Collate and process monthly overtime sheets.
  • Liaise with HMRC where necessary.
  • Resolving payroll related queries.
  • Auto enrolment duties: Liaising with third party payroll provider on assessment and contribution files. Adhering to auto-enrolment regulations.
  • Assist in the set-up and ongoing maintenance of the payroll integration from Workday to ADP - due to go live in October.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience of using ADP iHCM or other prominent payroll software systems.
  • Experience of Workday is preferable but not required.
  • Confident with numbers and standard payroll calculations.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel e.g. VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Previous UK payroll experience gained within a fast-moving demanding environment.
