Description

  • Oversee the processing of payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
  • Supervise and mentor members of the payroll team.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure correct allocation of payroll.
  • Manage payroll tax and other relevant deductions.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations.
  • Handle payroll related queries from employees.

Profile

A successful Payroll Officer should have:

  • A strong background in payroll within the Not For Profit sector.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an Accounting & Finance department.
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll tax and other related laws.
