Description
- Oversee the processing of payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
- Supervise and mentor members of the payroll team.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure correct allocation of payroll.
- Manage payroll tax and other relevant deductions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations.
- Handle payroll related queries from employees.
