Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll & Pensions Officer to join their busy team on a permanent basisWorking in central London with hybrid working is available for this postDuties include;

  • Prepare and process high-volume monthly payroll and pensions within a team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
  • Handle payroll queries and discrepancies.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Pensions Administration:
    • Manage pension contributions and submissions.
    • Administer auto-enrolment and other pension schemes.
    • Handle pension queries and provide information to employees.
    • Ensure compliance with pension regulations and legislation.
  • Reporting and Compliance:
    • Prepare and submit monthly and annual reports.
    • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
    • Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
  • General Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records.
    • Support other HR functions as needed.
    • Attend relevant training to stay updated on legislation and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of payroll and pension systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
