We are a new Fresh Pasta and Pizza Restaurant in the heart of the flamboyant Bloomsbury.
An innovative concept with an open kitchen sponsored by major Italian producers and manufacturers.
Our main menu is based on fresh pasta plates and our mains change on a daily basis.
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with good knowledge in Fresh Pasta and Pizza who can lead our Kitchen with strong operational attitude. Please note that the right candidate must share our vision and passion, be prepared to grow within the company helping with future openings.
The Junior Sous Chef that we are looking for is someone who wants to grow in this role and support the Head of the Kitchen on this exciting new journey equally be prepared to run the kitchen.
You must be either a Senior CdP ready to move on or already Junior Sous Chef with a great sense of organisation, fully understanding Hygiene procedure and HACCP.
- The right candidate MUST have good knowledge on Italian Cuisine.

- We offer an attractive salary starting at 30k up to 35K depending on experience per year plus percentage of Service Charge and 5K annual bonus.
