Currently we have a fantastic opportunity for creative, energetic and dynamic Pizza Chef who is committed to producing exceptional pizza and dishes without compromise.
At Good Eating Company, we produce fresh food from quality ingredients with a beautifully simple approach. We create experiences which inspire, refresh and energise our clients and their teams.
About the Role
- 40 hours per week,5 days out of 7 (some weekends)
- Mainly daytime shifts
- Produce beautifully simple beautiful dishes and menus.
- Prepare, serve and deliver exceptional fresh Pizza, homemade bread & filled focaccia’s
- High volume event catering
- Exceptional interaction and customer service
- Assist the main Kitchen team with prep as required
- Work alongside an industry leading team who operates with integrity and respect; supporting our community; actively embracing our sustainability and CSR targets.
- Aid the Head Chef and Executive Chef in achieving financial targets, ensuring effective stock management and wastage control.
- Comply with all Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergen & Environmental legislation.
About you
•A love for food, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients
•Have extensive experience with fresh dough and pizza ovens
•Plan, prepare and cook menu items as directed by your Exec/Head Chef
•Ability to deliver and maintain standards in line with our company vision and values; every time, without compromise
•Financial understanding of dish costings, gross profit and stock taking
•Proactive time management skills
•Embraces and keeps up to date with market trends, styles and new ideas
•Deliver what you promise to the customer, client & your team

The Good Eating Company was cooked up around the kitchen table, over several bottles of Ribera del Duero. We had the dream of bringing restaurant-quality food to corporate dining – at a time when uninspiring sandwiches and soggy salads were all that were typically on offer. Since then, the team have been delivering food and drink services to an impressive menu of clients up and down the country.
We no longer work around a kitchen table, but our approach remains the same: moreish food, quaffable drinks and good company
