Are you a Commercial Plumber and have experience working in commercial plant rooms and one day want to complete your domestic & commercial gas tickets? We have the role for you!
Our client are looking for a Commercial Plumber to join a team of engineers working mostly across a well known area of Stratford carrying out various maintenance across commercial plant rooms including the likes of Pumps, Pressurization Units, Bearings, Seals and other plumbing/mechanical equipment. You will mostly be based in Stratford for this position with some travel within 15 minutes of the site and will be supplied for a vehicle and fuel card.

Job Responsibilities for a Commercial Plumber:
- Assist with the day-to-day operation including subcontractors where required
- Ensure all teams PPM and repairs are carried out as necessary in line with contract SLAs
- Ensure all reactive tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Required to safely operate and maintain the Mechanical/Plumbing systems and associated equipment on site in line with current legislation
- Ordering of parts for any reactive or planned works
Job benefits for a Commercial Plumber:
- Salary - up to £41,000
- Call Out - 1 in 4/5 + Weekly standby
- Minimum of 4 hours paid each call out
- 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday
