Sales Leader - Insurance & Software - UK - 200K + OTE

Nigel Frank International have been retained by a leading IT consultancy on their search for a Sales Leader. This is a dual role with real impact - you'll be in charge of driving new business opportunities while also managing and nurturing key existing accounts across the UK.

To be successful in this role you will have strong experience working within the UK insurance and software market and have previous experience working with a consultancy.

This is a chance to play a pivotal role in my clients growth journey, combining strategic account management with new business development in a fast-evolving, innovative market.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and developing new business pipelines within the UK insurance and software markets.

  • Managing and growing selected key accounts, ensuring long-term client success.

  • Engaging with senior stakeholders across insurers, MGAs, and brokers, providing value-driven conversations.

  • Staying ahead of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics to position the consultancy as a trusted partner.



Essential skills:

  • Insurance sector experience with the ability to confidently "speak insurance" at all levels, including the C-suite.

  • Experience of account management and relationship building with enterprise clients.

  • Strong knowledge of the UK software and insurance market, including emerging technologies and regulatory drivers.
