Meraki Talent are currently working with a fantastic organisation within the Investment Management sector.There is a Excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance manager to join their team, this role is based in central London Key Responsibilities include.
  • Assist in projects to provide compliance analysis and review of new business initiatives and developments of the company in the U.K
  • Lead and asset with implementation of Regulatory developments 
  • Ensuring companies Compliance
  • Dealing with risk assessment, policies, compliance manual and regulatory registers
  • Provide management information to governance committees and senior management, as appropriate, to demonstrate compliance or to highlight issues or trends where appropriate
  • Annual FATCA/CRS compilation and filing, company house filings setting and reporting On KPIs requested by senior management.
  • Preparing RegData/ Connect reports.
  • Heavily involved in running compliance projects.
The ideal candidate will be.
  • Able to read and interpretate the FCA handbook.
  • Have 5 years’ experience within Investment management 
  • Good knowledge of UK regulation as applicable in an Investment Management business, particularly COLL, FUND and COBs
  • Great knowledge of Compliance issues and regulatory requirements.
  • Experienced in asset management or private equity firms.
  • Great MS office software skills.
  • Very organised and good at prioritising tasks
