Are you a Regulatory Compliance SME or Technical Compliance Specialist with Financial Services experience?

Do you have a 'roll your sleeves up’ kind of nature, and are looking for an exciting challenge with genuine career development?

Our client, a leading global corporate insurance network, are looking to hire a Regulatory Compliance Manager (no line management!) with ideally at least 5 years’ of previous compliance experience.

Based in their London (City) office and offering a competitive base salary up to £70,000. Alongside a discretionary bonus, 3 days home working and wider benefits!

Responsibilities:

  • You will support the Chief Compliance & Risk Officer with design and implementation of the compliance monitoring frameworks for the Group.
  • Provide sound advice and act as a stakeholder in relation to compliance, regulatory reports, consumer duty and ideally data protection matters.
  • Lead on regulatory compliance projects and liaise with the FCA when necessary.

Ideally you will be or have:

  • 4 - 5 years (at least) of previous compliance experience within a Financial Services environment.
  • Practical experience with compliance policy, horizon scanning, implementing frameworks and communicating with stakeholders at all levels (Director / Board).
  • Detailed knowledge of FCA Regulations, compliance policies and engaging with the FCA in relation to compliance / regulatory matters.
  • A collaborative nature, relationship builder and desire to influence a positive and pro-active approach towards compliance.
