Qualifications/ personal specification:

** QTS/ PGCE** High expectations for children and for themselves, including a commitment to professional development.** A commitment to ensuring every child makes the best possible progress.** The ability to adopt and respond to professional challenges positively.** An enthusiasm for engaging with and helping to build the positive school community, as well as, helping the children to understand their place in the wider world.** Offer a curriculum emphasising core academic subjects, while providing the facilities and specialist staff to meet and stimulate a wider range of interests.** Employ an approach to teaching that instils knowledge, understanding, and a desire to learn.
