Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Primary School Teachers to inspire and educate our students in Year 2 and Reception classes. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our young learners, fostering a love for learning and a strong foundation for future success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that are stimulating, interactive, and aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, safe, and empowered to reach their full potential.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and assessment tools to meet the individual learning needs of students and promote their holistic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the overall well-being and academic progress of students.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting positive behavior management strategies and celebrating their achievements and milestones.
- Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and contribute to the school's ongoing improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area (PGCE or equivalent preferred).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining QTS.
- Experience working with young children in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with children and dedication to fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to a supportive school community.
