A forward-thinking Primary school based in Lambeth are seeking an experienced and proactive class Teacher to join their school from the beginning of June. This school prides themselves on their friendly and welcoming atmosphere and strive to put the wellbeing of all pupils and staff at the forefront of all they do. What will your key responsibilities be?
  • Plan and deliver creative lessons that meet the needs of each student and aligns with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a safe and inclusive environment that supports positive behaviour and well-being.
  • Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to identify and address students' needs.
  • Participate in parents' evenings and engage in regular communication with parents and families as necessary.
  • Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Experience in a Primary School setting, within EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans for diverse learners.
  • Excellent classroom management skills with a student-centred approach.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience with assessments and tracking student progress.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
