- Experience in a Primary School setting, within EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans for diverse learners.
- Excellent classroom management skills with a student-centred approach.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience with assessments and tracking student progress.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
