Primary Teacher Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to learn.
• Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Participate in school-wide activities, contributing to the school’s ethos and community spirit.
• Support the emotional and social development of students, ensuring their well-being.

Primary Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
• Strong subject knowledge across the primary curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
• A proactive approach to managing behavior and promoting a positive learning environment.
