- Own the client experience from start to end of the event co-ordinating the various stages of the services the client provide.
- Achieve sales revenue in assigned territories to achieve yearly personal and company sales target
- Thoroughly research and qualify leads and clients to clearly establish client budget and sales potential.
- Position and sell the company services adhering to brand guidelines.
- On a daily basis review and qualify territory inbound leads from Salesforce.
- Follow up on leads ensuring accurate and detailed inputting and upkeep of all Salesforce data
- Responsive to client queries and requests within service level agreed timings
- Organise telephone calls, meetings and follow up calls as required.
- Liaise with clients providing account management services, taking a brief, creation of quotes, negotiation of sale, closure of sale, creating of contract, invoice and post event management
- Build and develop long lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Proven experience in a similar B2B Marketing Account Management role
- Building relationships with accounts, prospects and customers
- Creating proposals using creative briefs
- A strong understanding of how marketing campaigns are created, and of the online and offline marketing channel mix.
- Ability to prioritise and manage personal time
- Enjoys the responsibility of working autonomously
