RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities for the Salesforce Product Manager include:- Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices- Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce system capabilities to enhance donor/supporter relationships- Drive user adoption by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
SKILLSAs the Salesforce Product Manager we are looking for someone with the followings skills:- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud- Proficient with Salesforce's Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)- Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects from inception to launch- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS- Experience in agile project management methodologies.- Proven experience in a Salesforce Product Manager or similar role.
